Refund Policy

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled inspection, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment minus $3.20 processing fees.

  • Partial Refund / Fee: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your inspection, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows).

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the appointment, a $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Service Not Completed

  • If our inspector is unable to complete the inspection due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or the unit not being ready, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

  • A new appointment may be scheduled, subject to payment of a re-inspection fee.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

  • If we CLE RENTAL LEAD SAFE LLC must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inspector illness, weather, or emergencies), you may choose to:

    • Reschedule at no cost, or

    • Receive a full refund.
